By using Chleia, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Chleia provides

Chleia provides vendor-first market discovery, saved market shortlists, vendor reviews, submitted market information, and host or market details. The goal is simple: know where to sell before you pay the booth fee.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact Chleia if you believe your account has been misused.

4. Reviews and submissions

Submit honest, practical, and respectful content. Do not submit fake reviews, spam, harassment, defamatory content, or misleading market information. Chleia may review, reject, hide, edit, or remove content when needed to keep the product useful and fair.

5. Anonymous reviews

Anonymous reviews hide the reviewer name from the public. They are not necessarily anonymous to Chleia internally because account-linked records may be kept for moderation, safety, and abuse prevention.

6. Verify critical market details

Chleia aims to provide useful market intelligence, but we do not guarantee that every date, booth fee, deadline, location, or listing detail is complete, current, or accurate. Verify critical details with the market host before applying, paying a booth fee, or making business decisions.

7. Host and organizer information

Market hosts may be listed and reviewed on Chleia. Host claiming and listing-management features may evolve over time. A listing does not mean that Chleia endorses a host, market, or event.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give Chleia permission to store, display, moderate, format, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service. Only submit content you have the right to share.

9. Prohibited uses

• Scraping or automated access that disrupts the service or ignores access restrictions.
• Spam, impersonation, harassment, or harmful activity.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Using Chleia in a way that violates applicable law or infringes another person's rights.

10. No guarantee of outcomes

Chleia does not guarantee sales, foot traffic, acceptance into a market, organizer performance, or any other business outcome. Vendors remain responsible for deciding which opportunities fit their business.

11. Limitation of liability

Chleia is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Chleia is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on listing details, vendor content, third-party services, market decisions, or interruptions to the service.

12. Changes and contact
